Only salary which is upto the current market rate in Kolkata beside that I couldn't see anything better in this company.

Dislikes

1. Too much of Office Politics 2. Overburden with work 3. 2-3 peoples work are getting done by One single person 4. Employer/Owner doesn't know how to retain his old and loyal employees apart from few favourites. 5. Most importantly no sick leave or casual leave at all. 6. Employees are betrayed badly after joining this company.

Likes

It's compensation and benefits and learning experience. Teammates were supportive.

Dislikes

There was lots of politics. Career growth was slow. Was not allowed to use mobile during office hours even for urgent calls.

Likes

Good salary and benefits I.e. office events, lunch and snacks service.

Dislikes

Worst behaviour of management, and they treated their employees like a slave. No growth. No opportunity to do new things. It's a worst organization I had ever seen.
