The only better thing is salary on time. Nothing else is good.

Dislikes

1) accounts oriented organisation. 2)proposals sent for approval to Head office are not approved in time..... needs to waste time on reminding them. 3) No credit/value for supervisor role..... 4) use and throw policy... 5) app working is not proper.If you travel 100 kilometre,many of the times it shows only 75 kilometre travel.loss of around 25 kilometre. 6)MD, purposely overlooks the issues related to staff.depends on office person and doesn't rectify with market people.

Team support is very good , salary gets on time product has power to grow market fast in sugercane , Onion growing area.

Dislikes

I don't want to talk anything against criyagen agri ,i would like to request MD sir to look at every employee ,if one can not achieved anual target that doesn't mean every time that particular employ is not working good , there may be other fault too.

Working structure is bad Some people group grow Appraisal will not given Increament will be denied by small , silly mistakes Account system is bad Technically weak employees MD Don't know his company products

People are accommodative and friendly.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Hectic travel to and from the company. Even for a manufacturing company, have a 6 day work week is not feasible and is quite exhaustive especially for people who want a balanced career with their families.

This company is very nice. The company provided me excellent learning platform. I would loved to work in this company. Good management, Colleagues and managers. Friendly work environment. The company is providing good benefits to employees

Nothing is there for dislike
