Best company in ahmedabad, and provides great opportunities to learn and grow. But working in credencys was great opportunity for individuals to grow. Best environment on floor, colleagues are always supportive.

Working on weekends with out salary or benefits, less hikes and average facilities

I do not think job security is there until and unless you are allocated to any good project from where company receiving good revenue. In current pandemic i have seen 30-35% layoff. Late appraisals. In my career at credencys i have seen 2 layoffs.

Business centric, not employee centric. It should be balanced.

Likes

Peer group, team mates helping each other. Good for freshers and new learners.

Dislikes

Management is not healthy and trustworthy. There is no proper HR system. No job security. Evn lot of politics at management level which can impact employee job.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts new technologies. It's a great place, for the people who want to work on multiple platforms. Friendly environment.

Dislikes

This is great place for beginners and mid level developers, not for experts

Credencys a great place to work and also to learn and the environment here is quite great ,the support they give and flexible timing here a asset! Fun to be working with teams here.
