5 days a weak is the only thing which is good in company.

Work culture is not good. Plant head has no right to make any decision in favour of company. Plant head position is only on paper, all the work is done by admin head. So you can say that admin head is real company head. There no job security at all. If you say anything against Admin department and his team mate, your job will be on risk. Admin head and other people only making money for their own by using company name. Because of their work money mind attitude vendor as well not willing to work with company.

Company is good but some people is not good. Mostly in production department there is one deputy manager he is from PCBL ( mr nilesh sharma) who think i am always right😝 and miss behave with his juniors (mostly with bangalies) no one had guts to tall that point to management and if some one argument with him (like rajesh bhai) next day he will shouting on every one. Saftey culture not developed.

Nothing. All are very good politician. HR head does not like other state people. Specially for Bengali, hes behavior is very bad. Plant head works under administration head. Do not work here.

Travelling Time but it's ok for town loving People bcz Bharuch is a good town or city bcz all facilities are available.
