Only because of people you can stay here, managers and Sr. Management are very polite with there employees. The work culture I cannot say excellent but they follow there culture statement.

Dislikes

1. Salary - very less salary structure and yearly hike is also not good as an Assistant Manager. 2. ESAT - No employee satisfaction, even that yearly employee satisfaction form/survey is indirectly filled by team leads only, they tell there direct reporties to give the good ratings in an indirect manner. 3. They never terminate the employee because of there performance. There are many employees from associate level to manager level who are working there from ages without getting promoted, not giving the proper results also. 4. There attrition rate is good bcoz of above point. Company want more Global awards that's why they don't terminate there employees. 5. Promotion police is not good. 6. No work life balance - expect a call from your manager after shift hours, if you are working in night shift and sleeping in morning they can call you at 12 noon also for there work and they are expecting from employee to pick up the phone. They don't value your personal life, they want to take out there work thats it. 7. They conduct the wellness and L&D session for employees but just for showing good numbers in data, even if associate don't want to attend those session they forcefully make them attend the session so that it will be a 100% coverage.
