There is a lot of issues regarding the exit policy. If you leave the company within 3 years, the company does not offer a relieving letter until an exorbitant amount of 6lakhs INR(which happens to be my one year salary) is paid to compensate the training they have provided. The 3-month training provided is mostly on basic concepts of HEOR(available on public domain), Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Moreover, all communications regarding exit from the company is done informally over phone. Frequent change of company policies is prevalant. Additionally, you cannot join a competing domain which makes 3 years of toil and hard work in this company go to waste.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
