Gives decent pay for lateral hires.

Dislikes

Ten hours shift. No coordination between the internal teams. Need multiple follow up mails and calls to get things done No training provided No proper KT for new members. Promotions are given to people who are close with the leadership. Its not based on the experience level or skills. No signs of HR Team.

Good Job security . We can find always find a project to survive even if it's not related to our technology / domain.

Dislikes

Poor compensation for existing employees High attrition leads to instability in some teams. Little to no market correction even if we acquire hot skills .
