Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Senior management would give you a chance for client facing, work life balance is there

Dislikes

1- Management can lay you off anytime any day, they don’t have any policies. 2- Initial 4 - 5 months you won’t be getting the kind of work you are doing. Sometimes operations sometimes designing sometimes nothing 3- There is no mentor above you. There would be only one person who is looking upto all the clients and managing the entire operations and bill everything. 4- If you don’t have any option in the corporate world then a person can join this firm otherwise a big no specially experienced people not to join as there is no systematic work here and there is only one person if that person left the company, company is going to collapse anytime.
