Company is very good in terms of working environment and culture, it also gives fair and good opportunity for new skills and talents the salary paid is fair enough to encourage employees, the HR is very helpful and friendly in all aspects.

Promotions are perseptions for few, no uniform policies, too much buttering, micro management, no hierarchy, ostrich approach for taking responsibilities, only few get chances for leading departments. for others, boss will always recruited from outside .

The work environment is very good. You get ample opportunity to learn and upgrade yourself. Job security is excellent. Work is recognised and appreciated as well. However growth rate is normal but above average.
