Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

There is nothing about like, the company is terrible, they are not supporting 1%.they did not pay my last 3months salary and after that they stopped responding my phn calls. Director is a liar, he is a fraud man.

...ctor himself is a liar, he is running his business only based on false promises. No management over there, no job satisfaction, I was hospitalised during this covid situation and I asked for help in medical issue but they did not respond anything and even did not pay my due salary amount.
