Manager's used to torture and threat you even at your notice period also. Even you worked for customer during night shift and in morning they used to call you for Cemtics activity like attendance/it concern and project related kt

The company is very good in treating it’s employees if they have good projects running, good annual increments and healthy work culture

If projects are not there then it can lay you off and things can get tough which happened to me as well
