I wish Caraka Holistic charges more for products and services to its patrons, so that we can get more salary and incentives. :-P

Likes

It's an "organization" in its truest sense. No sudden rash planning, great management and an ever learning atmosphere. Growth is always equal to learning work/skills & I get full benefit pf this working here. As a fast growing organization, it is far better than most startups in terms of work environment & social-culture amidst work. C. H. will forever occupy the biggest part of my emotion towards my professional life.

Dislikes

If I have to talk about the cons of working in C. H., I would have to say that it typically has most of the negatives that every other startups have. Even with great work-culture, we sometimes have to wait for funds before our sanctioned projects starts working. Often we ourselves have to become marketing managers to acquire funds for our projects, from funders. I believe that as the organization keeps growing, these minor hiccups would be overcome in the near future.
