I like about something here is only 1 thing: Salary on time.

Dislike about company is: 1 - Job security 2- Politics + Selfish Person (Sonal Sahani Manager and many liers here in this company). 4. If you will give result it's does not matter for this company. Matters only how much you lie to stay on this company. 5. Management ZERO. 6- Policy changed as per time (with in a date). 7. Current Manager here Sonal Sahani (Waste of money). He does not know nothing only know how to manipulate people and employee. You want to curious about why i am saying this, So you need to read my journey below: I joined this company on 8 Oct 2018. Everything was going very great you can check my previous review which was given on July 2019. But when i connect which new manager Sonal Sahani. he started told me and many employees about company by below statements: 1 - Fraud company (Loan related). 2- Company not registered in UK. 3- Job Security (This is truth because Previous Team leader and many employees Terminated here). 4 - Every year 50% employees terminate by this company. 5. Many websites blocked by UK government But for me work is main other things are for fun. then Boss came on 19 August 2019 with a Paper. In paper incentives criteria is here: If you will provide 60k unique leads per month company organise a tour for you and company will give you incentives as per category define. Then i started my work to achieve the target. with in four months Our team and Sonal Sahani manager tear achieved the target. We got 66k leads. My team got 44k Leads and Sonal sahani manager team got only 22k Leads, Approx. Double. "Work is doesn't matter for this company" All is going well, Sonal Sahani take all credit of work self. Now politics was started. Company organised a Tour-My Worst experience. I don't want to say nothing more. Here i saw real face of Sonal Sahani and other employees. But i learnt new three things here: 1- Don't Trust on employees or managers. 2 - Lie Always wins. No more words now given by Ambitionbox. STOP......

... all are not good . 1. Boss chamcha special anuvrat and big chamcha parul g. 2.Come to the salary part not give on time salary 2 to 3 months delay. 3. No body can join this organization. 4 No leave here 5. No festival 6. Some time sunday working

Learning was there on initial days then it become very monotonous after 1 month.

Dislikes

They install tracker in your personal laptop. They nothing in terms of benefit. On top they give you salary in cash which is highly unprofessional.

...enever I faced any confusion. Besides, the HR ma'am always there to help me out. The company is very much punctual about the salary. All over I'm happy with the work culture of Captain Cube Technologies.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike much. But I think even after work from home it could offer national holidays atleast. As there is no such holiday except sunday.
