Almost flat heirarchy. A good company to join as fresher for any future profile be it development/testing/support. Very less politics. If you are here then you are expected give dedicated 8 working hours.

Dislikes

No exposure to latest tools, technologies and practices. Company hires freshers but does not know how to nurture them towards a adept professional. Compansation wise its not at industry standard. As you spend years here gradually work life balance becomes terrible. Pathetic break/lunch/caffetarea.
