There is no work life balance and compensation and benefits are at minimum, YoY increment is meager. Promotions are far fetched and require thousands of approvals.

Dislikes

poor YoY increment, bad promotion policy, onsite influence in the sense that all major roles are at onsite and offshore roles are not at higher levels.

CG as a company is very good for women professional. They have a very good work life balance. When it comes to appraisal, it is not very good. When you join, if you are placed with a good package you are lucky. However if you stay for longer duration, the growth will be very very slow. No additional perks provided by CG.
