Really a nice company to start as a customer care executive. Its a team work company but also apresiate for indivisual performance. Work culture is great. Most importantly the CEO is a very cool gentleman. So its a win win.

Nothing except moderate compensation. Really good for a Kick start.

this was my first company in IT career i am always being thank full of Raj sir and all the staff of Call2customer Raj sir gave me first opportunity towards my career , i think its none other fault 99 % career growth depends on our self what we do and how we do that's all , thanks Raj kanojia sir to learn me some key points of business thanks...

nothing just make your office and place clean and set 9 hour job for every employee , if your are giving sat and sunday off to some employee so you also apply this with all staff.. thanks
