Salary is good.

Dislikes

Organisation’s no question asked approach towards its Sales team despite knowing that sales is one of the most fraud team in the country. Top leadership is clueless making any decision. Any decision made has a life span of 2-3 weeks. Ever changing dynamics leaving the organisation without any strategy. BTC initially started with 15 BDEs and now there are only 4 while the targets remain the same. Motivation level among the employees at the all time low as leadership’s strategy is like using a whip no matter what.

working is exactly a dream selling organization at all. salary given on time.

Dislikes

no work life balance , no costumer satisfaction, problem in salary appraisals and position hike in inside sale module. 2 out of 5 rating, also is there no any skill development.

Likes

Only salary but that too gets spent in travel and that too is not reimbursed. And never depends on the incentive, it never comes and even if it comes, it will be deducted from the salary.

Dislikes

All and everything, slagging and abusive language, Toxic working environment. Always forced into fake sales, even the parents are refusing to buy and they get bogus loans. No hierarchy, every senior takes abuse on you and the GM can even if he wants. And soo much things but i can't express.

Likes

They always provide salary on time and incentive as well. Managers and higher authority give responses immidiatly if there is problems and are supportive in nature.

Dislikes

We all are human and we earning money to to live good life. Its hard to manage work life in byjus as a BDA. No proper time table of office on the ground. And if you someone who is learner of new things and habitual of reading, hard to survive here.
