Job security and salary.No inspection(that company can't provide) so no salary. But salary should be provided because this is the fault of company that they cannot provide the projects for technical inspection work.

Timely Salary and Benefits. Facilities for employees good.

Since it is TPI service provider, work timings depend entirely on client. (If client says daily 13 hrs work also you need to be available). Management will not interfere in that since client approval is needed for further jobs. For FTC employees job security in minimal.

Nothing to talk much about. Nothing like MNC Poor working culture Too much politics No appraisal. They only gives salary on which you can't be rich and you can't be too poor.

Bureau Veritas India PVT.LTD company culture is good, like this time to time salary, Encouraging to inspect honestly, good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is average, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.I have to work with tight schedule with no appreciation.
