Increment was very late and interview process so hard because I gave interview in BPO but hr was rejected me some little mistake Al's I have experience in BPO 1 year.

Everyday changing, learning environment and handling a 100+ systems. Facing a lot of issues and pressure full work but pressure are creating a new things... i am happy to work system administrator.

Pressure... Pressure... Everyday config the some impotent settings but it was auto reset or working little bit minus only..

BPO is a system by which we can improve our skill Because when we fresher we have no knowledge about company enviroment so Bpo is the best way for start the job carrer. in Bpo we always introduce about the work-life balance and we growth our career.

in Bpo the work pressure is very high. because i have done work hard i does not matter. everyone focused on the target. like as i have received 200 calls in a day my my team target is 80 ppt per day per person. i does not matter how many call received by me, it is the matter to how many ppt i get. whatever i received 100 or 200 calls it does not matter, i get 80 ppt at any cost.

Honestly I loved working with Serco in ISD process was was one of my best process till now I have ever worked with specially the manager and TL was very supportive at the same time to me I know I have a negative feed back in the company but I really miss that floor really want to work with the same process again if I get a chance I would be and honour to me.

There is nothing I don't like about the company or the process it's just that the feed back which is been stored against me I know it's my fault but still If some one want to rejoin they should get a chance to work again
