...a location is lacking in management and thousands of employees are sitting idle. Section heads are harassing others for efficiency and utilization as their variable pay depends on that.

They cheat on name of promotion. Section heads and VPs are there for 20-25 years just attending free canteen facility on time and using HR as scapegoat for all bad decisions.

There is a great possibility of learning many things and if you are open to learning then well and good otherwise you have to take other directions, like gaining trust and pleasing your manager by chamchagiri. Still chamchagiri will win and the hardworking person will not.

There is a chance for hands on experience of different machines as well as great relation between workers and interns. Every day there is something to learn. I like the work environment.

Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
