Hi, Im currently drawing a ctc of 12 fixed while BnP has offered me 22 fixed and nomura has spoken verbally about 28 fixed? which company i should join for better growth oppurtunites and wlb? they both are very similar in benefits but i fear jobs security as i am the sole bread earner and have responsibilites.
