At the initial time, I'd been promised so many things verbally. Now, over a period of 18 months things just took an opposite direction. But, I got stuck with this organisation, because of working activity daily, doesn't give me that much of time to even go for a round of interview with any other organisation. Need help to move out to my home town, as it's urgent for me to be with my parents.

I have not yet find any objective of this organisation, it's only monthly salary that's matter to the management.

Dosent pay salary during normal times, then what can one expect during covid 19 situation

No statergy to sell product. Dosent pay salary and expenses on time Alteast three months salary and expenses will beheld up by the company and they won't pay even if you leave the organisation or continue to work there

The company will teach you how to plan for the upcoming days according to your work as you have to submit monthly tour plan in the 1st day of every month. Seniors and colleagues are friendly and one will feel like homely environment.

Dislikes

People work to earn money and the major problem lies here. Salary is credited on time but expenses are not reimbursed timely. And when you ask for it the owner will tell that he has not having money at this time. Almost every month you have to use your 30% to 40% salary on TA & DA. After leaving the job company says it will do F&F settlement in 60 working days, but they deduct some amount from all your expenses.

There is basically, only one man show, who cheat customer as well as distributors time to time. This is a pathetic company. They don't even clear full n final dues on time. My suggestion, if you don't have any other option, then only you think of joining them and then switch your job.

Dislikes

Ther is no fixed salary date, no review ever done in this organization. Not at all friendly, when it comes to developing business process. No growth plan. It's only about numbers. Company don't even provide materials on time, and they'll blame you for that.

Nothing, but the product is too good. Rest, since I don't have any other option, I'm just earning my leaving.

Companies founder member himself, don't know why did he opened this company. May be some hidden agenda.
