...previous IT experience if we don't have experience in what they are looking for. Probation period is 1 year with fixed salary 10k. Team is the worst. If they don't have project, they will torture us maximum and treat us like big failure. No matter what we do in addition, they will never appreciate it even with a word but will criticize in all the ways. This will obviously kill our confidence. In short it's a total waste of time working here.

They treat you like a shit, upper management is literally biased and HR management is worst. They fire anyone, anytime. Management will bkame you and make you feel like you are useless even of you give your 100%.

I am really having a very nice experience working with Blueprint Technoloigies. Managers are nice to work with and overall the atmosphere is such that learning and upskilling is always promoted and appreciated by management. In terms of job security as well I have only positive comments for the Organization.

The management is extremely approachable and very employee friendly. The appraisals and the work life balance is good. Good work is recognised and awarded appropriately.

There is a lack of process in operational tasks as well as certain project based activities. KPIS, Goals and Expectation setting is not ideal.
