I had worst experience in this company. If I say specifically then it is not good for female employee. You will never get appreciation and recognition form your manager and working environment is not good they expected you to work for 12-13 hours on daily basis. Manager of this company(Bangalore) have no manners how to treat female employee and he is trying to involve in their personal life. He takes the advantage of girls who comes from other far places. He demanded to do as he say, or threatens for jobs and this is too different to work with this pressure and balance our career by coming from so far too work.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
