Everyone in the company keep looking for new job because of toxic culture. Every now and then you'll see a new face joining the company, company keeps hiring and firing. Beware of their recruitment tactics, Talks of opportunities and growth are just - TALKS. Having short period of employment in this company will ruing your resume and profile, and every interviewer would ask you why you left Black Basil technologies within few months and you would have no clear answer. Black Basil Technologies doesn't care about your career, family, financial stability & mental stress before firing, one day you wake up and you are fired.

a) No Work Life Balance b) No Knowledge About the latest Technologies Like React Node Angular Android Development IOS Development.They are just working on Data Scraping ,Selenium Testing and Hyperautomation which don't have any demand in the industry. c) I had the unfortunate experience of working at Blackbasil for a brief period of time, and I can honestly say that it was one of the most disappointing and frustrating jobs I've ever had. From the very beginning, it was clear that the company's management was completely out of touch with the needs and concerns of its employees. First and foremost, the work environment was toxic and demoralizing. There was a distinct lack of communication between different teams and departments, leading to confusion and unnecessary delays in projects. The management seemed more interested in playing the blame game rather than finding solutions to problems. The company's so-called commitment to employee well-being was nothing more than lip service. The workload was unreasonably heavy, with unrealistic deadlines that forced employees to work late into the night and even on weekends. There was an utter disregard for work-life balance, and any attempts to address this concern were met with indifference. Moreover, the office facilities were in poor condition. Broken equipment and outdated technology were the norm, making even simple tasks an uphill battle. It was clear that the company was more interested in cutting costs than in providing a conducive work environment. But what truly pushed me over the edge was the lack of growth opportunities. The overall company culture was one of apathy and disillusionment. d) My suggestion If you have any other offer whatever be the CTC there then Do not join this Company You will regret in life.
