What ever u performing very well there is no growth on your salary and promotions etc.cheap politics undergoing on asm and sm level they could appreciate all ur achievements but won’t give u growth for ur career it means salary hike and promotions sales officer ll be always ll be a sales officer even he performing high level sustain 4 years more

Indians most trusted beverage brand Bisleri international.i enjoyed life in Bisleri lot.my distributors are very friendly. Market reputation high. Having respect from shop owners because of brand value. Satisfied incentive earn. Memorable company ever.

Poor salary structure for lower level employees. Not getting ontime TADA and incentive. Everything company do for us but it's take time lot. But its one of the great company ever.

There is no chance to learn new things and don't have mnc culture can't connect with hr policies schemes from hr team was not communicated..

Not much pressure of work, company regularly involve employee with new contest. Huge learning, you will be able to learn how to manage Ecom channel also.

They pay very less salary as per work, they give the min expense ok n industry ie. 200 which is equal to SO who will work under you

It's company where you can all thing in one shelter beacause we had presale custmer relationships primary secondary distributor handling and touch with accounts department and logistic where we know all factor from each department as sales officer and additionally retail sales and whole sale claim logic
