Working at Birlasoft as a fresher was a good experience as it gives lots of learning opportunities and even a lot of exposure in front of client which eventually helps you improving your communication skills.

Dislikes

The growth is too slow. The compensation provided is not up to the mark. Demands from employees loyal to the company don't get acknowledged and are ignored by the top management.

...ng experience with industry level skills. Great working environment and culture. Compensation is low as per industry standards but if your are beginner its not much an issue. Appraisal are good if you are average performer. Career growth is good depending on your overall performance.

Good thing salary comes on 1st of Every month.

No job security, once the project is over they don't have much client to move you in some other projects, were you are forced to resign. Salery dedection is very high , HR doesn't gives any clarity of the dedection which is worst policy.

The salary wise it's good. But only the starting salary that you getting not the hike.

Lot of cons: 3% annual increment, too much politics from the management, No value of the resources, Reimbursement process are late, HRs have mountainous attitude, Only Telegu people in Hyd office, No personal growth, Strict hours monitoring, 1 hour break max., Etc..

No salary for the tenure employee with them 6.hitloristic attitude towards employee who leftover organisation point-3 considered as absconding. 7. No it-projects in banglore loc it's completely bench hire. 8. It's to just grab customers attention by showing branches worldwide.9. Fake company in Bangalore which doesn't follow basic humanity towards it's employees 10. It's not for developer it's just for BPO. 11. Who the hell given it public sector company authority I have to meet him. 12. What u more expect f***.
