Nothing is likeable in the company, even they forced all the employees for the vote of best place to work award , I worked here around 12 months and that was the worst period of my professional life.

...u up and will ask about your efforts. If you can work 7 days a week , go there. You might get a good package here but just compare one thing that many companies are 10 years old some of them are having 500 and some of them are having 3-4000, there must be a reason

Transparent working process. Supportive team. Balanced work and life. Received salary on time always. Compensation policy are good

Job is project based. If project over or lost. It's some difficult to get work on another project

Likes

Company policies, work culture and management support is one of the best thing which i observed in Bhavna software. Also Job security for all engineers is there. As company treat all the employee as there family members and support a lot financially as well as work load wise. Company has such a good technical leaders.

Dislikes

...y do not know know what have to do. They just want/or follow the instructions. Also distribution in employee salary irregular.

Company have most of supportive senior, flexible work timing, management and client communication is not clear to team members

...ative role and plays politics. Management keeps on changing policies every year. Bonus were not rolled out from the time I have joined.
