Work life balance, lot of ego issues, politics behind the back, growth aspects, pay scale, incentive issues.

I have learnt a lot from this company. Company policies are good. Management is transparent.

...years. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I am a working mom and It is not easy to work here as their is no personal life left working here. Neither their is any motivation from the seniors. Have been dealing with same set of clients from day 1. Even after many requests management didn’t gave me vertical change. Work has become so monotonous.

Good work life balance and opportunities to grow. Can get platform if you have skills and ability.

Dislikes

...nd promotion is not based on performance. Its always like “my promotion is due”. Your salary, benefits, work profile, objective and related things purely depends on company owner and their thought process. If you are contributing more than the expected, beyond your capabilities, thn also you will not get anything because company don’t believe in retaining people but hiring people at higher salary thn yours.

Good environment People who are looking for no stress, no much work profile, just 10-6 don’t use ur brains, relaxed u can work and go Don’t expect any knowledge improvement

...t Very strict office timings Even manager level will sit and do clerical work Instead of hiring managers, they can hire as consultants with lesser salary and get the work done , u don’t have to use ur brains, there is a set process just follow that No growth, once u join don’t expect promotion for atleast 6-7yrs, even if u get u will be doing the same job
