They always push candidates for signing agreements of 1-3 years. But in times of recession they themselves break the agreement and force candidates to resign else they would terminate. Now most of the candidates will not try to look for jobs before agreement period is over and in between if they are laid off, they are in complete mess. If bebo authority is reading this, please consider providing some form of compensation before laying any employee off.

Work Life balance is difficult to maintain because of the long working hours and salary is not given as per the workload.

- The promotions are based on the time an employee is working with the company not on the basis of skills. - Due to above point, most of the managers in the company are not skilled and not have the required management and technical skills. - Unprofessional behavior of the management. - 3 years bond for freshers and 1 year bond for the experienced new joiners. I would recommend to freshers not join this company due to 3 years bond. - Internal team politics. (It is dependent on team to team. Some teams have very good environment) - Work policy is also not same for all the employees. It depends on your manager. Some managers offer hybrid mode and some forces to the team members to come to office all 5 days. - For employees who are below Team Lead role, the appraisal is based on whether you are billable or not. If you are billable then you will get a descent hike but if you are not billable you will get below average hike irrespective of the fact you are working 12 hours a day in internal project and the work life balance becomes HELL in internal project.
