No work life balance. It's 12 hrs or more than 12 hrs working time everyday. Saturday working. Heavy work pressure. Even you have to forget about having food. Almost every you won't be able to have food on time or have skip your lunch or dinner or both. No leaves. You cannot take leaves due to work pressure.

Every thing I like working with Bajaj whether it is work culture, Growth & Opportunities, Job Security, Compensation & Benefits, Work Life Balance and Skill Development and Learning. This all gives me Job Satisfaction. When we talk about Bajaj Work Culture then let me tell you it's a target oriented Company. Here we have to means we have to achieve every month target then only all the above mentioned things will be on placed.

You will have to sell every product of bajaj finserv as well as bajaj alliance. Despite of working in Bajaj finserv you will have to sell alliance products with heigh pressure even you are in operations department
