Don’t go for WFH they’re liars scammers. Especially from RPD east channel all are liars in interview they said there is fix salary but employees salary is depend on their monthly sales target and if they are fail to achieve that target employees don’t get their basic salary also. Annual payment of premium for the first term and amount is 40,000₹ or 50,000₹ from second term as per the policyholders quarterly or monthly or ha yeh log interview mai family background ke naam par yeh check karte hai ap kitne paise wale ho businessman or sarkari naukri jisey woh apko manipulate kare ghar se policies karne ko jo ki kisi ko bhi nhi karnı hai yaha kafi sarey employee ne apna paisa kharab kiya hai sırf kuch paise incentive ki wajah se. İsme exam hota hai IRDA jisme agent bante hai lekin yeh apko İÇ bolenge agent nhi or targets hote hai yaha monthly lekin yeh bolenge one time target hai phir nhi karna jhoot hai bilkul .

...after completing that sales and 4 employee Recruitment and promoted to RP post . My basic and fixed salary both depend on my goal sheet " sales Target" from the team if you complete 50% of business then company will pay basic 7k or if you achieved per month target then you will get your fixed salary. And if you will not achieve your target then you will not get any basic and fixed salary means no salary and policies criteria like 40,000 premium annually means first term premium amount will paid annually there is no installments. From 2nd term you can choose that option . No data from the side of company for sales or even for Recruitment some employees purchase their own data company didnt provide it . And working culture is bad seniors are just satisfy their ego, partial and after promotion they will not help you for anything bas panchayat karna ata hai WhatsApp status Dekh kar personal life par comment kar ke puri meeting mai juniors ke samne or ache se humiliate karna qki kisi or unit Team ke logo se baat kari ...

... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job
