Lack of training, harrasment candidate for work , lack of field help , managers are not supportive they just bark but don't motivate agency manager at every hour . Mentally torture the candidate for work and pressurized day night equally, call anytime without thinking it's an off or weak day holiday. Never think about personal life also the manager are shameless because they trespass their manager homes without intimation and do misbehave with everyone in office. The management is not good so do not join max life

Pay and perk is good. Promotion opportunities are really good.

No support from Seniors. No discipline, only they need result even if you are new. They will start poking you and also not ready to support you.

Fake commitment from hr department before joining about in hand salary, After joining totally different in hand salary coming. When I talk zonal hr she is not giving a proper solution. Also they are sending employees for field work but they are not paying petrol expenses to employees. Means you have not earn anything in your take home salary hike. Hr department is to much confused and roude. Saturday Sunday working. Also daily 9.30 to 8.00 timing average. Means no work life balance. Also you can develop advisor from your own contact and relations. Company don't have any data.

Dislikes

No Hike for performers, simply hire new people who has 3 months of experience in other companies with higher salary and will not check for review if they don't perform for months also.
