It was good to understand grassroots governance and politics around it, administration bottlenecks, community's institutional marginalization, community perspective and their demand, community mobilization to address the issue missgovernance and fixing leakages to insure the appropriate implementation of government entitlements. It was also a great place to understand and learn the prerequisite of community based organisation, their governance and financial sustainability.

Dislikes

HR policies were not upto the mark, there was not any employee security provisions, such as PF and gratuity. Organisation internal governance was also bit challenging.
