I have had an outstanding experience working with Atlys. Unlimited paid time off, gym membership, Spa membership, and professional development reimbursements are available. They do TGIF, which I love. I am motivated by the feedback I get every week and also get the opportunity to be Star of the Week.

Dislikes

I don't like the space crunch. I think they are going to buy some other space, but right now, it is too cramped.

Atlys provides an environment with some genuine opportunities, you are given freedom to work, explore & experiment - specially the ownership being an engineer is really important. - Transparent culture - Good work life balance if you are able to deliver on time - Uncapped paid leaves - Good team

Not much to dislike. HR is great so any issue reported has always been handled immediately.

B2C team is fabulous. They have their processes set up and the upper management like Mohak, Manan and Harshil are good people to work with.

Dislikes

B2B head is a terrible manager. He doesnt understand how things work at ground level and sets unexpected timelines. Aniket is unreasonable and instead of doing the job of supporting you, he makes sure to demotivate you in every turn.
