Teammates and working environment was good.

... opportunity and no cme or training programmes conducted by hospital managment .salary was less than I demand.there was no travel oppertunities and there was work on sunday aswell. There was no any innovative ideas,only conventional methods following 10 years old technology. Working schedule was tight .

For the past one and half year i got a good experience from aster Medicity .My was improved and within three months i got a good practical skill thats only because of their training . I was in micu 2 .senior staffs was very helpful and they give a good friendly atmosphere .

Dislikes

Give more support and time for new staffs to adjust with the hospital atmosphere ,rules and regulations
