There is no future to work with them they want a dedicated employees with out salary fully bulshit and the Mr Arun Shukla they want profit because they loosing money in other new ventures they can't provide the proper food for the labour whose work on plant. No light, No food, No medical services, Not the proper sleeping urgement for the employee with sevice and maintenance of machinery ....

Arriance Infra Pvt ltd as a Institute to learn work and gain experience, but after gain experience i suggest that please looking other secure job because here no life security and no growth. Company Management very poor and no policies for employee favors. its owner base company not employee base company.
