In my tenure at the company, I encountered significant challenges, particularly with salary disbursements. Unfortunately, my first-month salary was delayed for three months, and for the past five months, I have not received any salary. This situation has led to a mass resignation of employees. Additionally, despite repeated requests, the company has failed to provide essential documents such as my experience certificate. The issues primarily stem from the management team, exhibiting unacceptable behavior and a lack of responsibility. These factors have contributed to a negative work environment, resulting in a notable decline in employee satisfaction and retention. I would strongly advise against considering this company for employment due to the aforementioned issues.
