Teammates, travelling opportunities and training were the best part of the job. The teammates were very supportive, i got to travel to many cities in a short time period and the training part was pretty good too.

Dislikes

There's no job security, the growth is slow, the employer is not honest about the salary(in the description it's written that salary is between 20k to 40k pm but that's not the case, the salary is commission based i.e. you get paid as per your performance), there's no work-life balance(work pressure is very high and working hours are really long, even 14 hrs some days) and the WORST part that ruined the whole experience is that they withheld my salary when i had to quit the job suddenly due to an emergency at home.

No Salary. Its performance based incentives that is paid No work life balance. Office timings are from 8AM TO 8PM (upto 10.30 PM on weekends) Unethical business. Donation money is used to pay incentives to the executives and heads and to the CEO's Indifferent behavior. You will be taken care only if you perform No national or government holidays. You work 6 days a week for the entire year If you want to build a career into Sales, join appco for 6 months to 1year that's it. More than that, you will regret ahead in life

I dislike about working at appco group because career growth is slow nd salary is less nd work hard the work pressure is very high

Working at velocity is really good. I have various friends from various background. Morning environment is so good. Each day i learn something new. We do have roadtrips in which we travel to various places.

Dislikes

Velocity organization is performanced based company so there are ups and downs in salary. Office timing is not fixed.

If u r curious to learn proper sales & marketing it's good, but if u work more than 4 to 6 months then u r wasting ur time & everything bcos there is 0% growth. BDM use to mingle with u just to get a sale out of u, everything will be so mean, if they take u outing means they gonna make u work like mad dog, plz don't waste your time

No growth & they won't pay anything more than 8-10k per month but they'll cover up this in the name of performance
