Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

People make company but management spoils the environment. People who are surviving because they are YES man/woman. For every bull shot people saying SURE and YES and that's terrible.

Dislikes

...nsurance from company you have to pay/buy for it. Variables payment is too high. Salary hike is for DEVELOPERS only. Don't be surprised if a fresher crossed of your salary mark in 2 years even though you are third time greater than his/her experience. Simple funda keep put down paper in regular intervals and get your salary increase. Regarding WHF for some team its very flexible and for one team its too strict, you will feel like school.
