It is great experience to be part of Ananthapuri . Ananthapuri as consultancy provide great service in the Electrical field for over a span of 17 years right from beginning of 21 st century . It provides great exposure for a newbie in the Electrical field . Ananthapuri had a baggage of expertise in design varying from EHT works ranging from projects of the calibre of Regional Cancer Center ,Trivandrum to several small scale projects in the range of low tension. Pioneered by Titans of the field Ananthapuri had good bunch of engineering professionals having good commitment to the technical sector .They are really enthuse and industrious in carrying out arduous tasks . They are equipped with nice work environment which proves to be fruitful for a candidate pursuing a good career in Electrical .Candidates are given opportunity to improvise themselves in workfield and doubts regarding core sector can be clarified by good support from experienced hands in the industry . At the mean time company is equipped with web connectivity and inmates can use it to the paramount . Besides this good social relation the company having with the society enables the engineers to interact with the former hands of the same as well as with technical support provided by counterparts having give and take policy with the firm . In total it is really a anchor for those who is sailing in the field of electrical. There is no such act of egoism , hook and crook ,complexes and unhealthy competition between colleagues in the workfield .They however cooperate with each other for the enhancement of the company . They usually have greater resilence , better understanding and proper involvement balancing the scenario for the success . They had shown great character at times of mishap and at times of nerves which eventually brings colours of success for the firm . There is nothing wrong in the world of Ananthapuri . Only one thing you had point out is lack of personnel .in carrying out tasks at significant points . However due because of the client friendly approach undertaken by Ananthapuri they were able sort things at times of misery . Right now Ananthapuri is living at a point where it is ship having an anchor but miserable to deliver at times even though experienced hands were there , a bit of inadequacy due to age related issues of talisman upfront is a matter of real concern . Due to this a slight negative is there at part which had to be properly cured by the commitment of young hands in the expertise.I think there is an urgency for young and energetic hands to take over the batton of leadership of Ananthapuri . Another important factor to be pointed out is the inexperience of the engineers to carry out HT projects of industrial nature . Even though they are provided with facilities the new hands with a little experience although having dedication find it difficult to supervise projects of HT nature . All in all Ananthapuri is a dawn in her spectrum.

It is nice place where you can learn a lot . It will provide better expertise and exposure in the design field . Apart from that we as a team can deliver better and work enviornment as a whole is admissible for a person pursuing a better career in Electrical .As a pioneer consultancy in the Electrical field started by veterans of the Electrical field , Ananthapuri had completed successful 15 years starting from the 21st century and still on the road of success promoting and providing better electrical services to the society .

Ya infact a better place it lacks manpower and is right now struggling to find the old glory.

Helped to study electrical design and estimation with practical experience with guidance from pioneers in the field, Swamy Sir and Thambi Sir.

Dislikes

Could not continue with Ananthapuri because they offered only the training.
