There is no job security and the work politics between levels and managers is very prevalent in the company. No career growth unless you stick it up the the managers and higher level. No worth being good in the company. Cheating and loyalty towards few chosen people only works.

...gement is good, Associate will always get support from supervisors and Managers. Associates also get gifts, vouchers, bonus and incentive. Overall, I would give 5/5 rating

The office infrastructure is better than other. However, now a days start up are more fancier than Amazon.
