Employees & team leaders are good. Snack time is also nice

Dislikes

Everything else. Founder too busy with marketing team. Does not like to take suggestions. Very biased towards some employees. No vision of the company. Targets & requirements change daily. Long work hours. Bad language. Extremely toxic work culture. Job security is 0.

Nothing to like about. Worst Staff, worst founder, worst Manager, worst HR.

Dislikes

Everything. toxic work culture. Long hours, Sundays working, sometimes you leave at 1am in the night. Founder calls female employees at odd hours, management in uses crass language.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
