...e but thought give true picture to people who are willing to join the company. I am working as Finance Manager last 4 years and seen comments about salary and benefits which are completely wrong. I am an employee and working last 4 years in finance department and never seen any single USD was deducted unnecessarily or delay in salary. it looks people who are frustrated , non performers or found financial irregularity are spreading wrong messages . I can guarantee No Salary , No FNF was stopped, NO salary Deduction, 2 tickets paid by company annually along with other benefits as per policy in written. Myself has prepared FNF and even paying Leave encashment ( Unclaimed Leave at the time of relieving). Salary was never delayed as far as my knowledge to any of employee. CEO itself has policy not to deduct any single USD to any employee and I have seen many employees has taken the advantages of his softness and sold company's project material and made illegal money only ask to go home and paid their salary too instead lodging a police compliant and recovery of money.

I didn't want to write anything just wanted to bring the truth. i am ready to take challenge if anyone n prove me wrong. One thing i have noticed this company is growing like anything and no company can grow big the way ALPHA TND is growing due to their Ethical approach ( Not only Employees even client also) only.

Alpha TND is a exponential growing organisation with good ethics and culture. Salary is always on time, Benefits are good. Management is very experienced and hardworking. Open culture and you can talk with Management openly if your problem are genuine and company is ready to support.

Dislikes

Company is growing so pressure is little bit high. if you are smart you will see your growth is higher then your colleagues.

Likes

There is a lot of opportunities to explore, as it's a developing company so you have lot to do. Also work is distributed as per the interest of employees.

Dislikes

No job security, you can be thrown out of company any day without any reason also they will not pay your FNF. They are good till you are working there the day you resign or terminated you will feel as danger of your life.

The company culture seemed to prioritize long hours over efficiency.Many employees including myself, felt pressured to work late regularly, which negatively affected our work-life balance and overall well-being

Company provides lot of growth opportunities & exposure. Idle place for freshers/less experience candidates.

Dislikes

As it is a growing organization they need to focus on employee satisfaction by providing them timely benefits & appraisals.
