The company lacks work culture with only profit motive. No skill training and job satisfaction. Good Corporate governance and HR compliance is largely missing from company policies.

No job satisfaction. Minimal salary as per the industry standards. No skill developement and work culture. No job security as people have been redeployed frequently.

The company is a good company. Since it was a WFH they provided a good laptop and a Monitor.

...ompany is your choice , from my very very personal experience I would say know . And mainly HR never lift our calls they can't explain the Cons if salary all they do is just judge you for asking. Awful experience. I regret for joining there.

I worked in this organisation for 19 months and it's a great experience and very well supportive to the employees and healthy environment

...hey used to extend the working hours to 10 or more. To get a leave is very hard. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Worst infrastructure everywhere - broken chairs, leaking walls,torn sofas in reception with bed bugs, AC leaks water, no proper restroom facility, it's unclean with no tissues. Career growth happens if you are favourite to your supervisor. Work life balance is a big zero. Working 6 days a week for 9 hours minimum(travel is apart from this). Sometimes sundays also working. No overtime allowance. HRs not friendly to help you in medical emergency situations. No sick room. They don't send you home if you are unwell. Leaves are very very limited and you have to provide medical proofs for that when you report back. Personal issues are not considered to take leaves. We should forget that we have a family. Offer letter, appointment letter, ID cards are issued late after 1-2 months. Cafeteria is not proper, no healthy/tasty food is available. Have to take turns to eat there, as it is small for the capacity of people working in the office.

I am a x employee of allsec worked in samsung home appliances process. I didnt maintain a proper timing while working so i faced some personal difficulties. or otherwise the work life balance is good according to to the capital and cost benefit analysis of the company.
