My reporting manager is a gem of a person. I wish to have a reporting manager like him everywhere I go.

No job security. They fire people without any reason and explanation and don’t even give them notice period to serve. Just a email and you’re fired. No reason, no discussion, no explanation. Too much of favouritism. Those in the good books of core members survive even without working. Too much politics going around. Absolutely pathetic place to work

Never apply for this coaching for job, he makes you work fo 3-4 hrs for free and then does not even select all the applicants, he always makes the work done like this. This is ridiculous coaching.
