Politics, Less Pay, Long working hours, No work life balance, Leaves not easily Allowed in WFh even balance available, training is not properly provided by people.

Work life balance is very good and Management is also good and supports good working environment

Dislikes

After a year , work becomes monotonous which is not a good for a fresher like me. Salary is not not at Par as per the industrial standards.

Starting salary. 9 hr of shift.No need to extend and work.

Compaire to other insurance company learning is very less. You won't get exposure in many tools which other people in the industry use it. Also manager are not good. That is why complany has fired so many manegers.

Working in IT SOX team is a curse. The senior manager Vineet Seth and Director Mohit Jindal are highly incompetent and insensitive people. They don't want to do any work and will always blame you for petty things. The appraisals are bad in this team and attrition rate is high.

Nothing, just communication with HR Shikha Mam. The only person, I found professional.🤝

Dislikes

One of the dumbest company. No management, no communication, dictatorship, no professionalism, tortured company, no standards. Seniors here act like kids. Yeh nhi karoge toh main aisa kardunga, karsungi, warning letters are always ready on every small mistake. I personally awarded as best CS, worked under global head, appreciated for my ideas by company owner. Still leaving as reasons mentioned above. In simple words, if u want to grow, dont go for low.
