Management is forcing for work from office. Work from office mandatory from 18th July . Please allow work from anywhere . Office location is Kalyani Nagar where the traffic in all the sides. Metro work in progress and management forcing for work from office. No team outing or party budget. No udemy or pluralsight subscription for learning. No inhouse training for new technology

From a fresher's point of view, they get really good exposure and responsibility compared to other similar companies. Company CTC is crystal clear (Almost Everything in-hand) and no hidden or tricky clauses or conditions. (Only) seniors/colleagues and managers are friendly and helpful. Fintech domain :)

Dislikes

Initial compensation is good but the yearly raise is low. Also almost no bonuses apart from salary (yearly bonus is lower than monthly salary so not counting it as bonus). Promotion criterion is gimmick and there is a lot favoritism. Seen a lot of good folks leave because of this. So less career growth opportunities. Working hours are tricky as you would have to work with US folks and cope up with their timings. Job security is average. Almost no training other than few pre-recorded product videos. No cab service at all. Not much room for innovation.

The most imp part of ACI Worldwide is it flexible working hours. Compensation benefits is good.

Dislikes

Cross training's aren't been encouraged. Pretty bad work life balance. Promotions are slow and also based on politics. Frequent firing and Org changes every quarter. No cab facility is provided.

Job security is not there you can only continue if you maintain good relationship with manager irrespective of your work load and performance any time can be fired
