KRA and KPI is not specified, The Overall Culture of Office is good but Acadamic Staff is egoistic and Creating politics culture in the branch. You cannot work as per your designation. Acadamic Staff behaviour is very rood and think like Acadamic teams onoy run the company. Sales and Operation team are not given to importance. faculty's ego should be satisfied and not g8ven importance except facultys. If you work in this company and Role your means not value of your role. Most of the employee leaves this company because of Acadamic Staff rude ane unethical language using bad word behaviour is very rood especially of AD and DD level Senior leaders.

Operation Heads and academic directors are not all supportive. If any parent or student facing any issue, they are not coming to front just pushing the operations executives

The actual work was not done in branch level Head office impliment good policies and work culture but in branch level managers not follow them they use the emplkyees to do thwir own work. We dont know when job will lost. Every day need to check personnel mail also whether we are in the system or not.

Bad politics and no proper system to analyze work efficiency and politics. Statistical study of results with competitors and proper action required to improve quality. Quality is lacking several times due to inproper check ups.wrong feedback is spreading with customers day by day
