Investment Support is poor as compare to other Top companies.Personal Development also very poor(Internal Growth of Employees) There is very less power to the managers to correct the sub ordinates. Incentives structures also has to improve compare to other companies.

There is so many things if I describe with management first I would like to say that HR policy is totally spineless I feel within 15 days after the field joining there is no stand with HR policy I have some disagreement with my senior with of some policy so they took advantage of my probation periods and release me and in front of my team the humiliate me and release my discontinue provision period and mention you are not suitable and put my salary on hold that moment I was totally shocked company like a zydus how can I pay my rent because of my salary is on hold I request everyone and put mail there is no reply from HR policy and its senior I am totally upset and I decided to not refer any my friend of zydus company there is division name Xperia due to hactic and micro management culture within launch of 2 and half month more than 14 employee already left in Mumbai region...Read More

Documents is properly clear to fill and all mantion what to do ,and what to write ✍️ Discipline is more strict, and good for personal ity development

Working shift time is good ,but shift in punch is before 07:05 and out time after 15:20 and bus also come early, some time Sunday working regularly
